Product Return and Exchange

• To initiate a return, contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
• Contact us at support@saairaaorganics.in with your reason for the return/exchange.
• We only accept returns for defective products.
• Exchanges are accepted.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• We will provide a return shipping label for you to print.
• Return Shipping: Saairaa Organics will bear the return shipping costs.
• Exchanges: If exchanging the product, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged product.

Shipping Damages

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will ensure a quick resolution. Here’s how we handle it:

• Visible Damage on Delivery: If the damage is visible and affects the functionality of the product, you may reject the delivery and notify us immediately.
• After Delivery: Contact us at support@saairaaorganics.in to report missing or damaged parts. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all associated costs. In the case of missing or non-critical parts, we will send replacements free of charge.
