Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging that we’ve received your request. At this stage, your payment method is temporarily secured for the transaction. Our team begins processing orders immediately. 

Order Processing

  • Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 days
  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: Transit Time: 2 – 4 days after dispatch.
  • You will receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification from our shipping partner Shiprocket with an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • Shipping Charges: Orders below ₹499 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹80.

Order Shipment:

We partner with trusted logistics provider Shiprocket to ensure reliable service. Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email once the order is leaving our facility. If you haven’t received tracking updates, please reach out to us at [email protected].

We currently deliver only within India.

Order Cancellation:

Change of Address:

Need to update your delivery address before shipment? Notify us immediately at [email protected], and we’ll adjust the details with our logistics partners.

For address changes after shipment, contact us ASAP. While we’ll coordinate with the courier, any rerouting fees imposed by the carrier will be the customer’s responsibility.
